RETURN POLICY

Brides by Young strives for 100% customer satisfaction! We are an authorized retailer of our selected designers who offer quality merchandise and services. Our promise to brides is that we will provide you with the best in service, price, selection, and dependability.

Please review our Return Policy about purchases made on bridesbyyoung.com. This Return Policy is for online orders only and does not apply to purchases made in Brides by Young physical stores.

SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE

Wedding gowns purchased on BridesbyYoung.com are all special order merchandise (with the exception of specifically labeled in-stock, clearance gowns). Special order means customers have the ability to purchase a gown style in the size and color of their choice from the selections given. The designer makes the wedding gown especially for the customer.

All sales are final for special order merchandise. Once an order is submitted, the designer and/or manufacturers do not allow for cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds. We apply the same policy of no cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds for special order purchases on our website with a more detailed description listed below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: SIZING

Special order gowns are made according to each designer’s measurements. Your normal size may vary from the designer’s size. We strongly recommend you review your specific wedding dress designer’s size chart (provided for you) to determine the best size to order. The size chart is available with each style, please be sure to look at your style’s designated size chart.

WEDDING GOWNS

We do not accept returns on special ordered gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns, or clearance gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or incorrectly shipped (a different size or style than your order). All returns must be within 2 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive an email confirmation within those 2 days that you would like to return the gown. All returned gowns will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full retail price of the gown. No manufacturer will take any gowns back from Brides by Young so therefore we must have a 50% restocking fee. In addition, you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees, and insurance fees. Any “free” promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from your gown refund. Once you have received your Return Form from us, you have 7 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a copy of the Return Form included in the package.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves Brides by Young. All merchandise is inspected thoroughly upon arrival and inspected again prior to shipping to customer. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, we must receive an email confirmation that you would like to return the “damaged” merchandise and you must include the given Return Form to us for us to accept the merchandise. All returned packages must have the Return Form included. All returns must be returned to us 7 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged, we will contact the manufacturer and we will repair or replace as deemed necessary. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Brides by Young will incur shipping charges on confirmed damaged/defective merchandise. Brides by Young will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged nor defective.

CANCELED ORDERS

All wedding gown orders canceled after 1 day of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. An order can only be canceled via email and must be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Brides by Young reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. (Brides by Young shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing)

Charges such as shipping, insurance, tax, and any transaction fees are non-refundable. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders cannot be canceled or changed. We will try our best to work with you on canceled orders. We are an ethical business and are upfront with our policies.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

TAXES, DUTIES, TARRIFFS AND/OR BROKERAGE FEES

Brides by Young cannot be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
